Level 1 outpatient treatment involves fewer than 9 hours a week for adults.
The regularly scheduled sessions take place at our treatment center and are administered by addiction professionals or trained clinicians.
Overall care includes an evaluation, treatment, and recovery follow-up services.
Outpatient treatment typically provides:
group and individual abstinence counseling
relapse prevention programming
drug and alcohol education
Level 2.1 Intensive outpatient treatment (IOT) provides services for 9 or more hours a week for adults. The recommended minimum duration for IOT is 90 days.
Similar to outpatient programs, IOT programs provide:
group and individual abstinence counseling
relapse prevention programming
drug and alcohol education
Level 2.5 Partial Hospitalization services last for at least 20 hours per week.
The Partial Hospitalization level of care is one step down from Residential/ Inpatient Treatment. It’s designed for people who need the intensity of an inpatient program; however they prefer to receive service on an outpatient basis. The PHP level of care includes a full day of evidence-based treatment including individual and group therapy, psycho-educational classes, and skill building activities.
PRP services are provided through individual counseling and group activities. Recovery groups focus on helping members learn essential life skills such as:
social skills
self care
time management
anger management
symptom management
education
access to community resources
setting boundaries
personal safety
semi-independent living
Eligibility Requirements:
5 - 17 years old
Actively participating in mental health treatment
Referred by a Licensed Mental Health Professional
Diagnosed with a behavioral health diagnosis
Willing to participate in PRP services
A Medical Assistance recipient
